Chosen Solution
I was playing my iPod earlier on a docking station then suddenly the music stopped and it said ok to disconnect and the battery logo was empty, even though the docking station was plugged into the mains. I have tried using the controls but it seems to be frozen like that. Any ideas please?
You can try a forced reset by pressing and holding the menu and centre buttons. But the battery has probably died by now so it might be OK!
