When ever I tun my switch on it has a solid color screen sometimes its blue purple or even black and it doesnt output HDMI. please help me solve this issue, it would be greatly appreciated.
Seems like the switch is dead, or just has a broken chip, from the details given, I would check the video chips and the LCD before you replace it.
