Hi my tablet keeps freezing, I have tried a factory reset but that still hasn’t helped. Freezing seems to occur randomly . Usually it’s when I try to play a game but it’s also froze when I’m doing nothing. Once the tablet is froze I have to hold the power button down to get it to restart and it occasionally hangs on the Samsung logo, which requires me to hold power button again and again until it decides to boot . My battery is pretty poor and the tablet spends most of its life on charge. Is it possible this is a battery issue or something else? Thanks
Try freeing up space that should speed it up.
