Tablet is frozen and switching to guest is on screen
I’m not sure if you already solved the problem or not but I had a the same problem and all you have to do is go to the back of you tablet and look for the little “reset” hole and get something thin enough to go through it. When you find something ( recommend a toothpick or a led pencil but be careful the led might break) insert it in the hole and push gently until you hear a click. The tablet will shut down and restart.
