My Acer B1-710 just goes black. It shuts off and when I turn it back on the battery will be at 0% even though it was 100% when it shut off on me. Please help!
Hello there! So sorry to hear about the problem you are having. It must definitely be a shortage in the battery. I am sure if you got the battery replaced then it would start working just fine. Here is a link to where you can buy the battery. You can buy it from where ever you like. But i suggest buying from a place that will easily return it just in case there is a problem with the main board. Also here is a good video on how to change the battery. Although i do suggest taking it to a professional just to be safe. Buy your own part and take it to your nearest technician I hope this information was of some help.
