Why Does My Toshiba Laptop Boot Multiple Times Before Going Off Toshiba Satellite L305 S5875

When I start my Toshiba laptop (Toshiba Satellite L305-S5875, model no. PSLB0U-067033) it turns itself off and back on multiple times during start up (8 or 9) and goes off. what should I do in a simple step by step way? Thanks all?

Try to reboot into safe mode with networking by pressing F1, 0, and F8 and boot into safe mode with networking and check if the issue persists.
