Chosen Solution
Every once in a while, my Galaxy S9+ touch screen stops working. I can reboot the phone and it fixes it temporarily, but not permanently. Is there a way to fix this permanently? I missed a very important call today because I could not answer my phone.
Solution 1: Disconnect the charger/cable. Solution 2: Kill apps that are running in the background. Solution 3: Remove the screen protector. Solution 4: Clean the display. Solution 5: Reset your settings and keep your device updated. Regards, Will
