98 silverado 5.7 replaced the starter and solenoid,replaced the battery and cleaned all my connections and grounds.truck started fine once drove it to the store and back home,comeback out 45 minutes to an hour later and now the truck only clicks one time when i try to start it.
Flat battery? The solenoid needs to engage the starter motor and that is what’s clicking - it may be kaput.
