We have a Sansui smart TV. Month 3 the TV volume goes very loud and then very low on its own accord. Everything else also doesn’t work, if it works for a small while it takes a second and looks like it has to reboot. The screen goes black every few minutes.
Hi @moniquejvv , If I understand you correctly the TV is new and you have had it for only 3 months, is this correct? If so, follow the directions in the warranty statement that came with the TV (or look in the User manual as sometimes it is there) to find out what you have to do to make a claim for a manufacturer’s warranty repair or replacement. If it is not still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty period (usually 12 months from new) and the problem has been occurring for the last 3 months what is the model number of the TV?
