Adam Hallisey if this is just in a particular small part of the screen it is most likely a bad panel. It is possible that this is also related to the RAM on the mainboard (unlikely). See if you can find an inexpensive set of boards for your TV and hopefully we can get you a better answer once we see what your screen shows.
