My vizio smart TV will only display my laptops, I’ve tried all 3 HDMI outlets with my cable box, ps4, and Xbox and it doesnt display neither of those I mentioned, It only will recognize my laptops. And also when I try going into the menu settings I can change to an setting and it will automatically change back to the setting I previously had it set to. And once it power on it won’t power off and eventually it will power off when its no activity. I’m thinking I just need to buy another TV.
Hi Vincent, try to do a reset on the tv it will put the tv back to factory settings
Sounds like a control/main board issue. If the outputs aren’t working properly and the tv is only turning on intermittently, I would replace the control/main board (the one with you hdmi, coax, etc outputs) to see if this fixes the issue.
