I have a Samsung UN65JU7100FXZA Version No. IH02 The tv worked fine the night before. Then this morning I go to turn it on and no picture. It just made a sound like pufff. Is it shot or worth fixing? Thanks.

Robert Bretz that could be coming from anywhere. Besides the excellent answer given by my colleague @mayer I suggest you start taking a look at it. Unplug it and remove the back of your set. Take a good look (but don’t touch) at all the boards. Check for obviously damaged parts like leaking or domed looking capacitors, bad fuses etc,. Post some good pictures of all of your boards with your question. Use this guide for that. It will allow us to see what you see. Pay particular attention to the Power board, T-Con board (there are separate fuses) as well as your main board.
