One day ago I missed a call and I looked to see if they left a message and the screen said visual voicemail is unavailable. It has stayed that way since although the person did tell me they left a voicemail I can not access it.
You could try retrieving the voicemail the old fashioned way. I’ve seen this before and did a software update that fixed the issue.. hope this helps
