I soldered New analogs onto these mother boards, because the analogs were not functioning properly. After soldering the new analogs on the Analogs are acting
on their own or not responding at all. (Also i used a heat gun to remove the old analogs from the board). I appreciate your help.
Have you lifted the pads? I did this when changing an Xbox one rb tactile switch. It was my first attempt, solder iron was too hot. It wasn’t a temperature controlled one.
