So my Xbox powers on and makes the sound but the fan does not turn on, then before signal is sent to the tv the Xbox turns off. Also if I power on with the disk drive it turns on and the disk drive works but the system does the same thing. The power brick is good because I tried it on another Xbox. Also the fan is still good, it has been tested. I have also tested the mosfets and those aren’t the problem either. Can someone help?
The issue is the fan.
Xbox one only has one fan in it and thats the CPU fan. With it not on, the system will rapidly overheat. Your best bet now is to open it, clean it out and replace the cooling fan.
