After dialing a number my screen goes blank and I don’t have access to the number pad or the speaker option… It is difficult to get the screen back to use their functions…
Do you have a screen protector on or is the screen loose?
Something is probably covering the proximity switch sensor which is supposed to turn the screen black when the phone is held up against your ear.
