I have an hp pavilion 23 all in one pc, I recently changed isp providers and when I go to search the internet it freezes, why does this happen? And how or what can I do to fix this issue? Update, at least, to Windows 10 and if that doesn’t fix it contact your ISP technical support. You haven’t given any details about what sort of connection you have such as cable, ADSL, etc. What Modem/Router you are using. There could be a relevant corrupted file in your Windows 8.1 installation. You can update Windows or run Scannow ? https://www.eightforums.com/threads/sfc-… Have you already contacted Telus Technical Support? You may just have you modem/router stup incorrectly.
