Chosen Solution
I recently changed the screen/digitizer on my ipad and since putting it back together there is a dead spot in the bottom left of my display (portrait). I have replaced it with an iFixit digitzer so didn’t think I needed kapton tape, does anyone know how to fix this issue? I have tried redoing the connection a couple times.
It could be as simple as a defective digitizer or you could’ve cause damage to the connectors. Post some pictures of the digitizer connectors both on the board and the digitizer itself.
