Chosen Solution
Hello, I have had a NX300 since a couple of years. A couple of weeks ago it fell (it was in a padded bag) a few feet to the ground. After that it was only showing a black screen (with menus still visible) in capture mode. It also doesn’t turn off when flipping the switch to off mode. The shutter is not closed, since I had read elsewhere that that might be the problem. I discovered that if I enable ‘sensor cleaning’, then it actually does show an image after turning it on, but after about 4 seconds the image freezes. After freezing I can get it to power off normally. Does anyone know what the problem might be? Thanks in advance!
Did you ever find a solution? I have a wedding in 8 days and this is my only camera!
