Yea, it’s 2021. Yea, I’m trying to repair an old phone. I’m bored. According to my mother, she doesn’t know what happened to it, considering it was her phone.
How can you tell the phone is turning on without the screen? Check inside for damage on the connectors and make sure they’re all secure and see if that works. If not, try swap out the screen as that’s most likely the issue in a case where the phone will boot but screen won’t turn on.
