The radio remains on after the key is removed and the door opens
Vehicles sometimes have a shutoff delay for the accessories. It should shut down once the door is opened though. If items still function after door is opened the sensor on the door jamb is possibly bad. If vehicle is not equipped with this option you have a bad ignition or ignition wire on the steering column.
