Chosen Solution
Sometimes when I press the power button the screen of my dell inspiron 1545 gives a short, bright flash like a strobe light. It’s done it a couple of times before but always recovered and managed to boot but this time it’s stuck doing it. I took the battery and HDD out and put them back in again, this didn’t fix the problem. The LED on the charger is green and everything seems normal with that. The screen will flash with either power source; just battery or just charger Is there any way to get it back up and running?
