Minimised/ video previews will not cause the issue. Any solutions or user repairable solutions? Thank you!
This is not a defect and there is nothing wrong with your device. Flickering may occur when using Dark mode or Night mode with certain apps. To prevent this issue, make sure to keep your device and app software up to date. Galaxy phone’s AMOLED displays use self-lighting for each pixel. Regards, Will
