We recently started launching surface pro 4’s at work. One of them, while docked, closed and hooked up to 2 monitors, started navigating thru outlook on its own. Navigated thru various folders, opened emails, changed the font size to 200+ on the screen, all while not being touched. Has anyone else run into this?
Try this: replace/reconnect the external keyboardreplace/reconnect the external mouseexchange docking and see the result
Another simple thing to check: Is there a bluetooth mouse paired with the SP4? If there is, could it be turned on and rolling around in a bag somewhere? I’ve had similar symptoms because of just that.
