TI-84 Plus says Press Alpha F1-F4 to locate shortcut menus and can’t see the bottom portion of screen.
Press 1 to dismiss permanently or 2 to just continue (message will pop up after calculator is turned off and back on)
Like Rosa Avrigari said, to dismiss the menu press [1]. In addition to that, if you can’t see a portion of the screen then you’re likely experiencing ribbon cable failure. Unfortunately there’s nothing you can do to fix it without advanced soldering skills.
