My Samsung UN50H6350AFXZA 50-Inch Class 1080P Led Smart Hdtv TV has two cracks in front screen, it powers up and says Samsung smart TV and then goes to a grey screen. I can still hear sounds.
Samsungs always have issues. Try turning it on with an input active on the port it comes up on. If it powers up on TV then you will need an active video signal on the TV input. Or an active input on the PC input. Many Samsungs will turn off - if there is no signal being received on power up. If you cannot see if you can hurryly change the input to one you have a signal on. LIKE VCR or AUX. Anything will do to keep it from turning off. Good Luck!
