I have had the cyclone quadcopter for a few years and recently it has stopped working as well. By that I mean it can take off but it doesn’t have nearly as much power as it would normally. originally it seemed like one of the motors was the issue so I replaced that motor. That issue seems to be fixed but now the seem to all be at the same level of lower power. I still have a spare motor (they are the correct direction) for each other rotor which I haven’t replaced yet. Is the motor the issue or is it something else?

How old are the batterys you are using? Over time lithium batterys lose both capacity and the ability to deliver current. Which results in the quadcopter not have as much punch as it used to and will have shorter flight times. This aging of the battery can be accelerated by doing things like leaving them fully charged, leaving them fully discharged, and storing them in a overly hot environment. So try some new batterys and that should fix it. Also I don’t know what type of battery charger you have but a smart charger would be best for storage charging and keeping track of your batterys capacity, which helps show age and condition.
