Every time I hold to power button to turn on my phone, it doesn’t turn on. Why is my phone doing this?
The first thing I would try is to plug the phone into the charger and try to turn the phone on. If the phone still does not come on there might be a problem with the charger or port. If the charger and port are not broken in some way then the battery for the phone is drained and needs to be replaced.
