My speaker is not working. I can’t hear my phone ring and I cannot hear sound from movies or videos
hey maryanne! Need to check the obvious first; is the volume turned up? are any silence or “do not disturb” features activated? If not, the problem would likely be either software or the speaker itself. Is there any physical damage, or liquid damage?
