I’ve had my RCA tablet for less than 2 months it as done nothing but shout off and give me problems and all RCA wants to do is replace it. What company does not offer refunds at all. Since when did the customer not matter?

Strictly speaking they are taking the correct course of action, offer a replace for the faulty device and if it fails after that then refund the money.

The issue is the product should not come broken out of the box AND we certainly shouldn’t have to pay to send it to them to fix. Where is RCA? Why are they hiding? Can’t find anyone to speak with about the matter. I will NEVER purchase another RCA item again.
