when I plug my mp3 player into the computer it charges but It doesn’t recognize it as media so I cant open any files
Have you tried it on multiple computers as in maybe it is just your computer that is the issue? or maybe the problem is this: Eclipse 180G2-W Troubleshooting See especially the topic “No USB connection when plugged into computer”. If it won’t work on any computer this may be what you are facing here.
