I have recorded a video on my camera, but when I play it back, I can’t hear any sound. My camera is not muted or anything.
You speaker can be damaged or the wires between the speaker and camera became disconnected. Follow this guide for replacement instructions.
Facrory reset it. I had the same problem bt I resetted it.
