The blades on the NutriBullet refuse to spin and there is no sound coming from the power base.
Hello, It sounds like your NutriBullet isn’t turning on at all. This could be caused by a number of problems. If your NutriBullet blender will not turn on and shows no signs of life, use the Magic Bullet NutriBullet Won’t Turn On problem page for possible problems and solutions. First, check that you are plugged into a working power outlet. Try plugging in another device and seeing if that device works with that outlet. Once you make sure the outlet is working, the next biggest culprit is a stuck activator button. They can get stuck if sticky juice gets on them and then hardens. You can check the white activator buttons on your device by looking at them and pressing on them with a flathead screwdriver. Finally, if the activators are working, then the motor might need to be replaced. If your NutriBullet is still on warranty, then contact magic bullet about a replacement. Hopefully, this was helpful! I tried the wall outlet with another appliance and it worked. Then I closely examined the main base and noticed that two of the white tabs on the rim were stuck and not moving down when pushed so I used a small screw driver and tapped lightly and the tabs moved. I plugged in and the base worked fine. This unit was almost new … Only used a few times and very clean. Some liquid must have sealed the tabs.
I got my nutribullet 2 yrs back. Everything was going great with it. But last couple of weeks, I am hearing really loud frictional noise whenever I try to use it. What are the probable cause ?
Don’t do what I did. Before you try anything… check to make sure all 3 tabs are on your cup. I broke down the whole unit. It looked good. I put it back together only to find a tab missing from the plastic cup. Thankfully, I had another cup.
Hi I want to know on my nutribullet on the motor it makes funny noise and a weird burning smell then I found out there is like black powder like stuff around the motor or armatuer. When I further investigated, the brushes which ought to make contact with the armatuer were breaking apart when you touch it. The spring that makes up the brush was not that springy. I think heat over time is result of that. Therefore, I think I need new brushes for the bullet. Where can I get them to purchase?
