I have an old iPhone 6s Plus and I used it in construction and i had dropped it a few Times and I had creaked the screen on it and now the cpu gets a bit warm is it normal
It might have a short but with the CPU it does a lot of work for the phone so I think it’s supposed to get warm. You could try doing a full reset.
