pearcerachel3 we will need more information for a definite answer. At least you should provide us with the model number and what you have tried. If you connected everything properly and since you have sound but no picture, you want to start by checking the backlight. In a darkened room and on a channel where you hear sound, shine a flashlight beam at an angle against the screen. See if that allows you to make out shapes or silhouettes. You can also try if you can see the menu. If you do, you know that this is an issue with the backlight. Now would be the time to remove the back cover from your TV and check the power board. Measure the output to the LED’s and let us know what voltages you get. Check the connections from the power board to the main board. We would need to see your boards to be more specific.
