Hello, I was using my Samsung galaxy s8 plus and the screen just went off. It has never hit the floor, I have taken out the battery and screen terminals and put them back on but the display still won’t show. What should i do
On some occasions, the OLED panel can go bad, usually after a drop or just on their own. Try to take it to a local repair shop for diagnostic. They should be able to hook up a new battery or screen temporarily to find the issue.
You could try holding volume up and power button simultaneously
