The display of my laptop has turned red, the graphics have turned really bad and somewhat like that of old television set.
This is either the graphics adapter or GPU, or the display. Best way to test is to connect to an external monitor, if the display on the external monitor is good then the problem is the display, if the display on the external monitor looks the same then it is the GPU or graphics adapter. Check with friends if you don’t have an external monitor. Most laptops have a Graphics Processing Unit and some have a separate graphics adapter (mostly found in desktop computer).
