Why is my capacity less than 1/4 of what its capable of? This cell is barely a year old
Sadly, time also kills batteries! While the cycle count is not very high, the age of the battery tells us its older than the system! So clearly this is a wacky battery! Besides the design capacity shouldn’t be this low within a year. Contact the iFixit store to get a replacement make sure you post your receipt.
