My screen has gone blank and the kindle will switch on or off
Have you charged it? Also when it turned off did it glitch out? When I know the answer I’ll tell you whats wrong and I’ll look on to it.
It is charged. I was reading and it froze. I waited a moment and tried to go back to the home screen, nothing happened and then the screen just went blank! I waited a while, pressed the reboot button it and held it down, the green light flashed 3 times but nothing else happened, the screen is still blank
