My laptop ran out of battery and i decided to plug in the charger. As soon as i plugged in, nothing happens. Even the charging lights didnt come out and my laptop cant switched on.Please please help me i just bought my laptop last monday :(
First, give us some details of the brandname + model? Did you wait for few hours before turning on? Some laptops need a minimum power before they can power up. If it still does not power on, remove and connect battery again (after disconnecting power). In the worst case, go back to your retailer.
Hi, would like to know have your problems fixed? I’ve the same model asus a555l and facing the same problem as well. I’ve been suspected would it be the battery flat. Will be many appreciate if you could provide me with the solution. Thank you.
