Chosen Solution
I press the button for the system and it comes on for a second. Makes the sound and everything. But then the light turns off and nothing happens. And if I press the button agian then it repeats the same thing. If I press the button two times fast then it makes the sound for it turning on and then turning off. Idk if that helps. The external power box goes from orange light to white when I press the button but then it goes orange agian after the power button goes off. I don’t have a external hard drive so that’s not the problem.
I had the same problem,the problem was the power adapter (power brick) at least for me,
