This phone has the option to store information on the SD card or on the phone and I set the default disk to save on the SD card but instead is saving to the phone and I don’t have the option to transfer any apps from one to the other.
Are you sure there is an SD card in the phone? Mine did not come with one installed. If you put one in try to format the storage within the phone and see if it will save to it then.
I am having the same problem. I bought one and installed it and could not get any pictures or songs to transfer onto the card. I couldn’t do anything to the phone. besides the apps that already came on the phone, I even asked people who were good with technology and they said some phones are just not equipped to have extra storage so it makes me wonder why there even is a space for the sd card if I cant use it.
