It will boot loop and turn on and let me unlock it sometimes, not sure if this is a battery issue or not, i bought it second hand and has had a screen replacement (not by apple)
What you can do is connect it to a computer running itunes. You will need to turn it off, then turn it on holding both the power button down. Maybe different in this model. Attached an article.
