So I have it plugged up to everything and it won’t turn on it’s been like this for a week!
Hi @kal21 , Just verifying that you turned it on, using the Power On/Off button on the rear panel of the router? If you have and there is no power light glowing on the router, have you checked that there is 12.5V DC at the router’s power adapter cable plug?
