Why is it on boot screen over and over
i have the same issue after having the phone only 2 weeks.
i have the same problem and then now the phones screen would not show let alone boot. it keeps telling me of viruses over and over again… i dont know how to hard reset it too… i need an expect to help me out
this don’t make any sence wen you buy something you want it to work morn then a week

Leave it on charge for a while if dead 0% let it get to like 6% then try booting into Android O.S Works a lot of the times, removing sdcard sometimes resolves this also.
