my laptop is running slowly with games like PES 2013 or PUBG is this problem from the processor ? if yes can i upgrade / replace it ?
ahmedgamals20155 you have not told us if it also runs slow with other application. Games are very graphic intensive and your computer possibly can not handle the graphics demands. you could try and allocate more memory to the video display. We would need to know more about your system to see which AMD GPU it is using and those are not upgradeable
The first upgrade I would say to consider is switching to a SSD.
