okay so i was about to go to sleep and then suddenly my playstation beeped, made this whirring sound, and then turned on! when i turn my tv on to turn it off it turned off by itself again! then turned back on! what is going on?!?
This is usually caused by a bad top cover or really just dust, that’s how sensitive the top panel is if its a touch cover one. Try cleaning up the console follow up to step 16 of this guide: PlayStation 4 Fan Replacement
