Why Is It Writing Cannot Start System Storage Was Not Found Playstation 3

My ps3 console always shows …cannot start …appropriate System storage was not found… And I try using anoda HDD but it still shows d same thing… Please wat can I do abt it…pls

It’s the hard drive there is a video on YouTube showing you what to do! I tried what the video said but mine is still not working probably going to have to replace the hard drive completely hopefully you have a better outcome
