One day, for no reason, my 3DS (while on) had a blank screen. I shut the 3DS off. What happens now is, if there is a charge in the battery, I’m able to push the power button and the power active light is displayed. However, there is a blank screen and nothing happens. I’m not able to shut off the 3DS, which stays powered on until the battery runs out of charge. Any ideas on what the issue might be, and how I might fix my 3DS? thanks, Chris
Hi! I suggest you open it up, disconnect all cables that run to the motherboard and reconnect them. If this fails, replace the motherboard. Nintendo 3DS Motherboard Replacement
