My back up camera in the left side of my rearview mirror wont come on in when im in reverse, but it will come on randomly when im driving down the road
Depending on what vehicle you have. There is a position sensor in the shifter that let the camera system know that you are in reverse. If it not coming on in reverse, but randomly then you need to replace the sensor. Best of luck!
